Thanks Laine! Some of it, the internal server error messages appear to have resolved. The log in issues still appear to be there.

Fareeza Khurshed, just one more question. I heard back from our IT department contact. He asked " The user's session depends on a cookie - is   there anything on the user's end (Private browsing mode, IE policy) that   would be removing cookies?  I don't see anything unusual in the user's   config."  .. and if you happen to be able to send me a screen shot that would be most helpful.. to lainie.hoverstad@sas.com. thanks so much!!

I'm not using IE and not using private browsing mode, basically I haven't changed any of the default Safari settings and this is a new problem, starting late last week sometime.
