Should I put the matching variables in the description of adjustment, such as in the figure or tables?

I matched two group by age, gender and other comorbidity.

In the SAS COX proportional hazard model:

PROC PHREG DATA=dm covs(aggregate);

   income (param=ref ref='0')

   urban   (param=ref ref='4') ;

MODEL time*cv(0)=income  urban  /risklimits;

ID case_num; /* number for the same case and the corresponding matched control */

RUN;

The matching variables: "age, gender, other comorbidity" and adjusted variables: " income, urban" need all put in the adjustment description in table/figure?

Or explain the matching variables in the Statistical method and put the only adjusted variables in the adjustment description in table/figure.

How to explain the matching model or matching method in the statistical method?

The SAS code:  ID or Strata?  is the same for matching condition?

Thanks for your help !
