Hi,

I have a dataset of two variables, y= 0 or 1 depending on a probability which is a function of another variable x and a parameter u. For example, P(y=1)=abs(sin(x))^u. I want to find the posterior mean of u giving the dataset containing x and y. Since this has no close function form, I don't know how to do this using proc mixed(where you need to write down the function form).

Anyone can help me for this?

Thanks.
