Test for heterogeneity in a meta analysis...

I need to perform this test on a collection of data culled from various RCT... Could someone tell me what SAS proc I need to use and how do I set the data up for it.

I tried to use Proc Freq w Chisq and Agree options, it doesn't work out for me...
