Hello,

We are using the information delivery portal with the report explorer portlet.
The reports are so designed that they are have multi-language support according to the users browser language (OLAP MLS) but the directory structure we build and put the reports in does not. we can build the whole directory X times for every language we need to support, ok but then we also need to duplicate the reports and thats not so good anymore. Is there a way to have a shortcut to a report so that we have one set of reports that are then individually categorized in X directory trees?

Hi Bob,
That's a really good idea. However, don't think you can do that in the current version.

An idea is to have a 'master set' of reports in one folder and set up a copy of the metadata from the master to multiple locations & can be runs on a schedule to sync up. This could be considered a 'promotion'. Here is one paper that might give you some ideas on how to do this:
