To Do Data Filters in the Portal (How do I get static list)

Hi all, I have a question about the filter:
I created a vairable list in information map studio and set 'static list' of all the variables. By doing so I was able to get a list of values to choose when I upload the list to the Portal and do filters. There is no problem about it.
But after I finished filter and saved it as Data Exploration Format, and opened it again, I was not able to choose from the list anymore (while I can still do the filter by typing in the value). Can anybody tell me how can I get the list of values in the Data Exploration that I saved?
