Tip: What can cause an exported report to be blank in Microsoft Excel

Microsoft has introduced a new security feature for Office products. This feature can be implemented as a result of applying a Windows patch, so you might not be aware that it is enabled. When the feature is enabled, it can affect exporting in SAS Web Report Studio. Specifically, the spreadsheet is blank even though you have extracted the content.
