Reports aren't found in SAS WRS

My company is migrating from SAS 9.13 to SAS 9.3. We were recently having trouble with the cube conversions; however, we have figured out this issue and we have re-created the cubes. We now are encountering another issue; WRS isn't finding the reports we have linked to those cubes. We checked Information Map Studio and the files (.srx) are not available, but in the metadata, there are. Can anyone help me with the process in which we get the files back in IMS and WRS can view the reports?

Any help on this would be MUCH appreciated.
