Dynamic Prompts

I’m using Web Report Studio 4.2 I’m trying to create dynamic prompts.  The Available values box has the text; “The data item does not allow available values to be displayed”.  How do I allow this to show dynamic values?

I configured dynamic prompts in Information Map Studio and it worked.
