Subscription through Microsoft Azure Cloud Solution Providers

Hi All

We are trying to set-up SAS Viya on Microsoft Azure using our Microsoft Azure subsription provider. We want to do this so we can gather all our Azure subscriptions with the same provider and thus collecting them all under the same billing-scheme. This solution works best for us, as we can pay for our use of SAS Viya through invoicing from our provider. 

But we get the following error-message when we try. 

 

Is it possible to create SAS Viya on Microsoft Azure using this solution? And if so, how?

Or must there be a credit card connected to SAS Viya on Microsoft Azure.

Any help would be greatly appriceated.
