Dear Support Team,

I am attempting to purchase SAS Viya (Pay-As-You-Go) through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, but I encounter the following error when signing in:

*"User account from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '0a2057a8-149c-40ca-859e-98de032535fb'. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first."*

I have tried signing out and using a different browser, but the issue persists. Kindly advise on how to resolve this or proceed with the purchase.

@Maryam31 it might be worth making sure that your account satisfies all of the requirements in Microsoft's purchase validation checks.
