I've tried to use SAS Viya (pay as you go) since yesterday after not using it for a long time (more than a year) but haven't been successful. The StartStopViya runbook ran successfully but the URL site couldn't be reached (took too long to respond) even after several hours. The logs are attached below.
It was deployed on Azure in June or July 2023. The StartStopViya runbook shows it was last modified in July 2023. I used it last time in probably October 2023 without any issue. Since then I didn't start SAS Viya until yesterday.
Please advise what might cause the problem and how to fix it. There are a lot of data stored on SAS Viya.
