SAS Viya deployment on Azure

Has anybody had the same error while deploying SAS Viya on Azure

It appears there is an issue with the availability zone in Azure.  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/reliability/availability-zones-service-support

Can you try a different Avialability Zone listed in the link above (West US 2 or West US 3) ?

Thanks for your message, it is becoming more and more frustrating to deploy SAS Viya pay-as-you-go on Azure, I did try a different zone, now the new beautiful error message

Hi @josexsquared -

I'm sorry for your frustration. I agree with you that the error messages are not easily understood.

I believe that the root cause of this new error is related to our published offering and not to your subscription. It appears we need to push an update to our offering to resolve this.

The error indicates you have reached a quota limit in your subscription: 

"Operation could not be completed as it results in exceeding approved Total Regional Cores quota. Additional details - Deployment Model: Resource Manager, Location: eastus2, Current Limit: 10, Current Usage: 6, Additional Required: 8, (Minimum) New Limit Required: 14."
