I have no secure access to SAS Viya after deployment

I have deployed SAS Viya in Azure, and when the deployment is completed, the access to Viya appears as not secure, with a non trustable certificate.

Can you give a help?

I have deployed viya multiple times and never before appears to have happened this.

Error code: : SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

I can access without certificate but that is not secure.

When you did your deployment, did you select the option to set some authorized IP addresses? If so, this FAQ about that might help: How does the selection of IP ranges affect the deployment?
