% sub total by categories in VAAR

Hello There,

I need to create a field of "% base" in SAS VAAR, based on the subtotal of each category. I have three attributes of year_month, Control_ind and program flag. The % base will be based on the subtotal of year_month, control_target and program flag as follows.

Could you please suggest how I can do it in SAS VAAR? Many thanks for your help!
