sas va current user in calculated element

hi, its possible to have current user id or current user group in sas va element calculation ?

and to use it to decide if any new categories (eg: name and surname columns) are empty, masked or with cleared date...

 

if &SYSUSERID. "..." THEN "" else SURNAME

I don't think it is possible.

I think you can achieve the same by using a table with the users, filter that table upon current user (SUB::...), add drop down with the user names from that table (make it mandatory), use a parameter in that drop-down, use the parameter in your calculation.

 

From what I know you can only use identi-driven-identities in filter. (http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/birlpug/64774/HTML/default/viewer.htm#n1hmmmul9805q6n1mf...)
