Thanks to community feedback, we have modified the following SAS note:
http://support.sas.com/kb/58/014.html
This Adobe defect most commonly affects Google Chrome with Flash 21.0.0.213, but it has been reported in Internet Explorer 11 running on Windows 8 or 10.
Specifically, when you right-click in a SAS application that uses Adobe Flash (like the classic version of SAS Visual Analytics), the Flash settings menu might appear. If you are opening an application menu, then the Flash menu can hide all or part of the menu selections. The SAS note has more details and some workarounds until the issue is fixed.

Thank you!
Ouch. SAS still uses Flash?

It's not just in Chrome. We experience the same thing in Internet Explorer 11.
Hitting the escape button also works. It will remove the Flash context menu, but keeps the SAS context menu open.
