When we put in our credentials is says "You have signed in". But same credentials on a dell laptop log us in.
Please confirm you are using a supported OS / browser combination for SAS VA on your Surface Pro. Windows 10 is also supported in addition to those listed.
Thanks, it is IE11...however, out of curiousity, I don't see Edge listed....does SAS distinguish between using Edge versus the original IE?
I run on a Surface Pro 3 thru VPN in Edge without any problems !!
Since you are using a supported browser I suggest you track this to SAS Tech Support. I suspect browser version is not relevant to your problem.
