is it you or also other Mobile BI users who is getting the connection problem? How are you connecting to the server?
I agree with Kurt, I think it is a good idea to put your network guys and your SAS VA admin working together "in the same room" .

Connection problem solved now, Connected through VPN and active with Pulse secure.
But now getting message while connecting " Insufficient information to fullfill the request".
What would be the possible cause ?
