Hi,

I am facing problem while adding Server in SAS Moble BI (Ipad),after entering the credentials it throws messege "A secure connection could not be established with this server.Verify that all required Certificates have been installed".

My Server is https which is secured connection so how to download certificates?

What is the port that you are using ? Should be 443 as a default for https

Do you get any certificate errors when you try the link from pc?

Also, is the cert internal or external

either case( internal / external) send the cert root to Ipad via email ( easiest option ) and open the root to install the cert into trusted zone. This issue will be caused by apple iOS if the key store does not have the root in them .
