Hello,

We got a dataset with multiple datapoints per day, grouped by a category. If we use a date slider with quarter/year range as a section prompt and select a quarter/year as start point and the same quarter/year as an end point then exporting data to Excel from a line graph is resulting in an dataset with only one date (the first date of the selected quarter). Exporting the same data to Excel from a table is resulting in a correct dataset. Exporting data from a linegraph when two consecutively quarters are selected is resulting in a correct dataset.

Are we missing something?

Thanks for your help.

Frank

Hi Frank,

Could you share a screenshot of your line chart and the prompt?

Thanks,

Sam

Thanks Frank. I can't seem to replicate the issue you are seeing but there could be a bug.

Out of curiosity, do you get the same issue if you export to a .tsv file or another format?

You might want to contact SAS tech support with this issue. Possibly they could offer a workaround or tell you whether the problem has been fixed in newer release.

Hi Sam,

We get the same issue exporting to csv files.

I will contact tech support.

Thanks, Frank
