Hello Kiran,
Select Section1 or u r described section name from propertise. you will get section propertise, in that change Layout : Tiled to Precision.
Now you are able to resize your object.

Thanks, However we don't have any blank columns and rows in the dataset, when creatig report only it having blanks. Please have the look in picture.

1. Use section Precision.
or
2. Simply drag nd drop containers
