When attempting to connect to the SAS VA Hub our users are encountering the error message:
HTTP Status 500 - No services are available for: com.sas.svcs.config.client.UrlGeneratorInterface. Is a required process not started?
We cannot use SAS VA untill we fix this problem, we have tried reboting the server to no avail.
Any help you could provide on how we could rectify this issue would be appreciated.

As a troubleshooting process
1. stop all the sas services,
2. Take back up off old logs from the folllowing location
3. Once backup of the logs is doneto other location(can save in your local system), try restarting the sas services
