Hi - We are receiving an error with one report. This error is only occurring when using the filters on a page. After the error appears all charts on this page and all other pages in the report appear without any data. The only way to get the report to show the data again is to reload the report completely.
Error Message: "An error occurred. Please contact your system administrator."
When is Error Occurring: The error occurs after checking multiple boxes on the Quarter or City filters.
Is there a limit to select multiple boxes in VA? Please let me know. Your help is highly appreciated.
