I am trying to create a bar chart that shows both the top and bottom 10 at the same time, but not all the observations in the middle.  I did this in the attached image by doing a top 10 rank chart, and writing down the cut-off value.  Then did the same thing for the bottom 10 and wrote down the cutoff value.  Then I did a third graph (shown here) with a filter where the measure was either above or below my cutoff values I'd written down.  Would be nice to do it in an automated fashion.  Any suggestions?
