About surfaces maps in SAS Visual Analytics

HI,

I´ve built a report in SAS Visual Analytics 7.1 which includes a surface map.

Everything is ok and  the surface map is well visualized.

I don´t know why it suddenly starts with problems, and I open the report and never gets to show the areas. only shows the openstreetmaps in the background  and a green icon  eternally turning around.
the administrator can´t detect anything wrong in the SAS platform, the only object with problems in different reports are the surface map objects.

The administrator reinitiates the server and this problem doesn´t longer exists. The maps work fine.

Any idea why?
