Hi,

We´ve got a SAS Visual Analytics 7.1 platform with different projects with this structure

Proy1

    Databuilder Queries

    Development

    Explorations

SAS Tables

    LSR Tables

Proy2

    Databuilder Queries

    Development

    Explorations

    SAS Tables

    LSR Tables

.....................

We build reports for the different users of the proyects, so that they opent the reports or build new ones, depending of theire profile.

What we need:

1) Protect the reports we build for the users , let them if they want to create one from the existent report can do it without modifying the report we left there. How I can manage the permissions.?

2) Sometimes a proyect is shared by different areas, so I'll need to separate which reports each area of the report can see. What is the best practise to organize the structure.

Thanks in advance!

Silvia
