We need much more details to be able to help you. What are you installing, on which platform, what does your deployment plan look like, what steps have you performed, how far did the installation process proceed, and what is the exact message supplied.
You answered just one of my questions, so I still have no clue at all where your problem might be.

Hi Kurt I am getting the attached error on running exe file.i am installing sas 9.4 on my windows 10 system.i have lenevo ideapad with Amd a6 processor.windows ten was pre installed on my system.pls let me what other information is required
Did the message appear immediately after the SDW starts, or did you enter some prompts before that?
It looks as if you have a software depot that is not meant for Windows.
What exactly are you trying to install (SAS has very many components, so this is essential)
Yes Kurt, the message appeared on running the SDW file.
I am installing sas studio 9.4 and getting the error message attached previously. Please assisst and let me know if some more info is required.
Thanks!!!
SAS Studio is a web application provided by a BI server or similar installation, or something like SAS University Edition.
So unless you are installing a full-fledged server environment (which I seriously doubt on a laptop), you're trying to do something that's a) unnecessary and b) impossible.
So I guess you have the media for a server installation, probably for Linux, and that won't work on your PC.
