Problem using import

libname r '/folders/myfolders';
proc import datafile='folders/myfolders/Loans.csv'
dbms=csv
out=r.per

replace;
run;

proc print data=r.per;
run;

You missed '/' . Should be '/folders/myfolders/..........'

Try change one line:

 

proc import datafile='folders/myshortcuts/myfolders/Loans.csv'

Also check the case of name Loans.csv is not the same as loans.csv or Loans.CSV
