Since Friday 4/7 SAS Studio will not load on my Mac? I can get it to load on my wife's PC but not my Macbook Pro running OSX 10.12.4? Please let me know if there is middle ware that needs to be updated or what I can do to solve this problem, also if there is an actual tech support for SAS studio I can contact please let me know how to do that as well. I have assignments due and this issue has been very frustrating. Thank you
I have attached two screen shots one is the loading screen and the next is the white screen I get afterwards that never loads SAS Studio.

I had that issue last night but it's loading fine for me now.
I'm using Safari on a Macbook Pro.
Since you're using Academics on Demand there is no middleware.
SAS support is available, especially if you're taking a course through Academics on Demand.
Try firstname.lastname@example.org or open up a support ticket. Regardless of the method support won't be available until tomorrow morning, US eastern time.
