I am getting this error while opening SAS. I tried to reboot the virtual server and also did an upgrade for it..
Still the same error..
Please let me know what is the issue
There are some steps in this thread for resolution to this problem. From the linked post, it looks like if (1) restarting your VM doesn't work, try (2) downloading and applying updates, then (3) following steps to re-open the .ova file. And if none of that works, contact tech support. Let them know what you tried, and respond to this thread if it's something other users can do, should they encounter this problem in the future.
