This is a question that is best answered by Tech Support. Generally speaking, as described in this Tech Support sample, queries against an OLAP cube need to be made within a SAS 9 session that has access to a SAS OLAP Server and that contains OLAP cubes already defined:

To contact Tech Support for more detailed help on OLAP cubes and connecting to OLAP servers in general and for what you're trying to do specifically, refer to this site:

Good luck!

This sample just shows me to connect to sas olap server, but I want to know whether I can connect to ms analysis service and run some mdx query in sas stored process.

You're trying to do something beyond what is normally done with a stored process on the BI platform. In these instances, Tech Support is your best bet for a definitive answer. Anything else from me, at least, would be a guess. And I don't like to guess.

This SUGI paper was the only other thing I found, but again, it talks about connecting to a SAS OLAP server: http://www2.sas.com/proceedings/sugi31/219-31.pdf

Tech Support is really your best bet for an answer to this question.
