Just starting out with Stored Processes, I've got my HTML and Javascript stored in an external HTML file that I'm able to call using a filename and %include statement.

However in the external HTML I still need to specify &nl; to trigger the following: %let nl = &streamDelim newline; .

Is there anyway around this? Can I just code it up purely as HTML?

Not sure exactly how you have the components stitched together, but have you come across this excellent paper:

I found it a really useful as I was getting to grips with proc stream.
