Data Integration: applying the same set of procedures to multiple SAS files

I have a set of validation procedures applied to a particular SAS data set. I wish to replicate it across other multiple sources. I can derive a list of all the sources. How can I do it using the 'DO' loop

Hi:
This does not seem like a stored process question, (even if you want to make a stored process into a Data Integration Studio job) because using a DO loop and using a %DO loop are vastly different topics.

If you want to apply a (working) set of processes/analyses to multiple data sources, I believe you would not use a simple DATA step Do loop, but would instead use SAS Macro program and processing and a macro %DO loop. This might change the program or process flow that you are building in SAS Data Integration Studio.

Your best bet for help with this question might be to contact Tech Support.

To do this within DI Studio you will probably create a job with a input table using parameter. Then call this job using Loop and Loop end transformations. As input to the Loop you can have a look-up table the table-names you want to validate, which map to the parameter name you specified in the validation job.
