proc mixed how to get the variance-covariance (^b-b,^y-y) matrix ^C

Hi!

In the prox mixed user's guide they talk about the variance-covariance matrix ^C (in page 3971). It's used for making inferences about predicted values as L'CL is the variance for the inference. Also a big part of this matrix is known, the part of the fixed effects and can be obtained as an output using covb, but I don't know how to get the rest of it. Does anybody know?

Thanks,

Enrique
