proc GLIMMIX odds ratio table

Hi, I try to model a two level logistic regression and try to get simple odds ratios.

My model looks like:

proc GLIMMIX   data = Dataname;

     class = schoolid:

     model  y =  a b c / dist=binary SOLUTION DDFM = bw ODDSRATIO;

     random intercept  / sub = schoolid;

    run;

my output of Odds Ratio Estimateslool like:

a  b c _a  _b _c   estimates

?  ? ?  ?   ?    ?   n

?  ? ?  ?   ?    ?   n

?  ? ?  ?   ?    ?   n

?  ? ?  ?   ?    ?   n

?  ? ?  ?   ?    ?   n

?  ? ?  ?   ?    ?   n

?  ? ?  ?   ?    ?   n

?  ? ?  ?   ?    ?   n

?'s are some figures I do not understand. What do they mean?

Most importantly, how can I get odds ratios like in proc logistic that look like:

      estimates

a    n

b    n

c    n
