I have a problem for analyzing my data. I treated my plants with two treatment of drought and salt stress in two levels and in three subsequent weeks. In the third week, in addition to the mentioned treatment, I just used two levels of chemical spray. What is the best statistical model for analyzing of my data? And what is the best Pairwise comparisons for my data? I have attached one series of my data to this email

Best wishes,
