cumulative incidence of multiple group in competing-risk analysis ?

I had run the COX model in the present of competing risk. However, invalid covariates= setting make programing error

I need create covariates first then do the Cox model,

risk:

GroupGenderDMHTN
0000
1111
2...
3...

In the Cox mode as described in  http://support.sas.com/rnd/app/stat/papers/2014/competingrisk2014.pdf, but I have more categories of group

   proc phreg data=bmt plots(overlay=strata)=cif;

     class Group / param=glm order=internal ref=first

            Gender (order=internal ref=first)

           DM (order=internal ref=first)

           HTN (order=internal ref=first)

      ;

     model T*Status(0) = Group gender DM HTN / eventcode=1;

     hazardratio 'Subdistribution Hazards' Group / diff=pairwise;

    baseline covariates=risk out=_null_ / rowid=Group;

   run;

However, the error occurred and showed:

    Row 3 in the COVARIATES= data set has invalid covariate values.

    Row 4 in the COVARIATES= data set has invalid covariate values.

Is is wrong is the covariates table?

I had separate the event=1 to more group (1,2,3), how to set the eventcode in multiple group?
