contrasts and estimate statement for segmental analysis

Hi,

I am working with segmental analysis, quadratic plus plateau using NLMIXED. I have three independent factors with different levels. I have set up the model but don't know how to test the effect of main factors and their interactions and write contrats to test differences among various levels of treatments. May I ask if somebody has written contrasts and estimate statements for this kind of design. There are not many examples exits on this topic so any help would be great appreciated.
