Hello,

I am running a partial least squares regression model using PROC PLS and would like to look at the values plotted in the profiles of variable importance factors graph.  Is there a way to pull this data out of SAS?

Thanks,

Susan Puumala

Sure. use

   ods output VariableImportancePlot=VIP;

to write the contents of the plot to a data set.

Thanks so much!  I really appreciate your quick reply.  I thought that there was something simple that I was missing.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
