Using HPmixed with sampling weights

Can Proc HPmixed include sample weights for a complex-sampling design survey?
I am using ECLS data that include survey weights, cluster, strata in the dataset. I would like to use Proc HPmixed to estimate the longitudinal mean change, but HPmixed accepts only one weight. How can I deal with cluster and strata in HPmixed?
