Hello,

I am look to calculate the confidence intervals for sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value for a set of observations with repeated measures. Is there a way to do this in something like proc genmod, where the repeated measures can be acccounted for?

The data look like this:

person side time

1 1 1

1 1 2

1 1 3

1 2 1

1 2 2

2 1 1

2 1 2

2 2 1

2 2 2

2 2 3

2 2 4

etc.

Thank you!

Is there a response variable? Is the response binary?

Yes. Both the response and the test are binary.
