SAS SEQDESIGN/SEQTEST Procedure Question

Hi.

I was wondering if anyone could help with my query. Could PROC SEQDESIGN/SEQTEST deal with noninferiority trials where the null hypothesis is H_0: theta-thete_0>=-delta (theta_0 is the parameter of interest in control group and delta is the prespecified margin)? If so, how to specify it in SEQDESIGN/SEQTEST procedure?
