Removing the LIFETEST survival plot title

I'm having trouble removing the title of a simple survival plot. I have modified the template as directed in this User's Guide article, and it almost works, but I end up with a graph titled "Product-Limit". I have searched the template and the phrase "Product-Limit" doesn't appear - is there some other template I need to modify? I am familiar with the graphics editor, but the investigator wants a 600 DPI TIFF, and the highest resolution I can get out of the graphics editor is 300. If you know of some way to change that, of course that would be the simplest solution.

The empty quotes are all I changed. Here is the template fragment I altered:

...

BeginGraph;

     if (NSTRATA=1)

     if (EXISTS(STRATUMID))

          entrytitle METHOD "" "" STRATUMID;

     else

     entrytitle METHOD "";

  endif;

     if (PLOTATRISK=1)

     entrytitle "" / textattrs=GRAPHVALUETEXT;

endif;

     ...

and my LIFETEST code:

ods graphics on/imagefmt=tiff imagename='OS_bw';

ods listing gpath="<my file path>" sge=on image_dpi=600 style=journal;

     proc lifetest data=one plots=(survival(atrisk=0 to 120 by 12) maxtime=120);

          time os_mos*os(0);

     run;

ods graphics off;
