Quantile Values using Proc Lifereg

I'm running Proc Lifereg for interval censoring and need the median and 95th percentile for an adjusted model. How can I output the overall median and 95th percentile for gender? I want the median for each of the two gender groups, not individual observations.

Here is the model I'm using:

proc lifereg data=survey;
model (min45h,max45h) = gender dil reganesth pg bweight /dist=lnormal;
output out=new p=median quantile=0.5 0.95 std=std;
run;
