Hello, I am wondering if it possible (if so, how) to pass already known item parameters to SAS to estimate latent traits. Thanks!

If you already have a fitted model, then you can use the INMODEL= option to specify a SAS data set that contains the model parameters. You can use the SCORE suboption to score new subjects without refitting the model.

You can also use the INMODEL= option to provide initial values for parameter estimates when fitting a model.

For details, see the documentation for the PROC IRT statement.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
