Hello,

proc glimmix writes statistical values concerning the model building in the output window: e.g. AIC, Person, Loglikelihood.

Is it possible to write these values into a dataset for further use?

Using the statement "output put=datasets" doesn't return these statistical values in the dataset.

Thanks!

Look into ODS tables. You can output to a dataset any table that gets printed. Try, for example:

ods output FitStatistics=myTable;
