In SAS proc corr, I want the output to show only Pearson Correlation Coefficient. By default, the output also shows the following :- Prob > |r| under H0: Rho=0 and Number of observations. How do I do this? Thanks for your help.
You can use the OUTP= option in Proc Corr to send the Pearson statistics to an output data set and then print what you need from there.
proc corr data=have outp=corp;
var var1;
with var2 var3.....;
run;
proc print;
run;
There is also a NOPROB option on the PROC CORR statement that will suppress the p-values in the default output.
