PROC GLIMMIX with panel data

Would like to use PROC GLIMMIX to model proportions. The data is structured as time series and further divided into two variables one is vintage and other is a grouping variable. Anyone canc help how to model this series.

Time 1 - vintage 1 - group a - indvar - depvar

Time 1 - vinatge 2 - group b - indvar - depvar

Time 1 - vintage 3 - group a - indvar - depvar

Time 1 - vintage 4 - group b - indvar - depvar

Time 1 - vintage 1 - group a - indvar - depvar

Time 1 - vinatge 2 - group b - indvar - depvar

Time 1 - vintage 3 - group a - indvar - depvar

Time 1 - vintage 4 - group b - indvar - depvar

proc glimmix;

class vintage group;

model depvar = indvar;

run;

what other statements should be included to ensure model is specified correctly? Please advise.

The community members will need more information before we can answer your question efficiently.

Is depvar a binary or nominal measure, or is it the proportion you mention?

(related) Do you have individual subject/participant measures or are they aggregated?
