can you please tell me how to calculate p value of following data

in a patients of  125 hypothyroid cases skin diseases manifestations found are icthyosis 6, periorbital melanosis 5, melasma 6, amyloidosis 7, photomelanosis 4, urticaria 26, vitiligo 9, acanthosis 10, alopecia 6, keratiderma 4, lsc 6, scleroderma 1, psoriasis 1, lichen 4, purpuric dermatosis chen planus 1.

this is the data can you please tell me how to calculate p value of each variable in relation to hypotyroidism.
